Crafted in the spirit of Swedish lagom, the Linné is a study in deliberate restraint and enduring beauty. Its softly elliptical top is hewn from solid, responsibly sourced White Oak — each plank selected for its quiet grain and warm, honeyed tone — then finished with a hand-applied natural oil that deepens over time, telling the story of every family dinner, quiet breakfast, and unhurried conversation shared around it.

The base is a masterwork of joinery: four gently tapered legs, hand-turned and mortise-tenoned into a sculpted stretcher frame, providing steadfast support without visual weight. The rounded oval form encourages gathering — no sharp corners, no hierarchy of seating — just an open invitation to sit, stay, and connect.

At 200cm in length, the Linné seats six to eight with ease, making it equally at home in a light-filled Stockholm apartment or a country farmhouse in Dalarna. A discreet Nordfolk brand stamp is pressed into the underside of the tabletop, a quiet mark of provenance and craft integrity.

Finished in your choice of Natural White Oak or Smoked Grey Oak, each table is made to order in our partner workshop in southern Sweden, using FSC-certified timber and zero-VOC oils.
